Connecting communities and neighbors
Company: Trustworks | Role: Brand Strategist, Designer and Project Leader | Year: 2015
While working at Trustwroks, we were approached by a group of entrepreneurs from Helloo, a start-up that offered out of home media solutions in residential elevators, connecting residents to condominium information, editorial content, and advertisers. The company wanted to develop a brand that would be friendly, close, and familiar to people as it would be seen on a daily basis. Elemidia, the biggest elevator media company in Brazil, had already taken over the market, making the challenge even greater. However, Helloo decided to focus on vertical residential condominiums, a niche that was yet to be explored by its competitors.
We a brand strategy that strengthened the company's differential, emphasizing its focus on promoting communication in an efficient, clean, and modern way between building managers and tenants. We also highlighted Helloo's ability to connect residents with all the neighborhood services and regional news, promoting tips, information, and commerce through an innovative platform. The brand aimed to narrow the relationship between the condominium, residents, and neighborhood in a present and relevant way.
The identity reflected the brand's values, creating a logo that was simple, modern, and friendly.
The color palette comprised of bright and lively colors that reflected the company's energetic and innovative spirit. The typography was carefully chosen to ensure readability, ensuring that the content would be easily accessible to all residents.
The brand was launched later that year, as the company gained a foothold in the market and attracted advertisers and condominiums. By focusing on a niche market and offering an innovative and efficient platform, Helloo was able to differentiate itself from its competitors and establish itself as a relevant and reliable media solution for residential elevators.
